    The salted Carmel cashew protein shake tastes like an actual milkshake. I asked for extra protein and then had to ask if there was actually protein in it. It didn't leave a weird chalky after taste that most protein shakes leave. It was delicious!

    Excel Nutrition is our favorite place to go after a workout! The shakes are full of protein and still taste like actual shakes. The staff are so nice and friendly as well. Overall, it’s a great place to get your after workout snack.

    The latest owners are super kind and really want to make some changes for the good, including new products. As they are able, they are updating equipment, and the facility. The staff are so friendly too! Sit at the bar and get to know the staff and regulars. They all live meeting new friendly faces!
