Amazing meal supplement, would recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight!

Ive been searching for something to help me with a life change of my eating habits. Being a fat toddler, fat kid, fat teen and fat adult, I have always just decided this is the way I am. Well, I recently stopped here and the experience was life changing. I loved the knowledge of the staff and the variety of the product. I can have a new flavor every day! Im happy to report, so far after 42 days, Ive lost 13 lbs!!! Thank you Nutrition Cove!!!!

I have been in about 5 times now. Every time I have had a great experience. Two young women have helped me and my last visit the owner was there. I'm happy to give my business to such a pleasant woman! Talk about a selection of flavors! Delicious!!!

Great establishment, great atmosphere, great people. Wonderful variety of shakes, from wedding cake to PB+J. From almond joy to banana muffin. I love it!!

This place and the people who work here are wonderful AND amazing! They really knew their stuff. I'm trying to quit coffee because I'm drinking more and more of it with less and less effect and they turned me on to something called "lift off". It was great! Really nice energy and alertness boost with no crash or that jittery feeling from too much caffeine. I didn't miss the coffee at all. It was so weird because I didn't expect it to work that well. I figured I'd need less coffee with the lift off to get me through but I didn't need it at all. And on top of that it was mixed with some tea that was a meal replacement and it actually made me feel full! Didn't even want to snack on the usual goodies laying around at work during breakfast time, I was so very pleasantly surprised by this. You should really check these guys out, you will not be disappointed.
