Wow, this place was great! The service was quick, spot on and polite. The food was fresh, hot and exactly what I was hoping for. Never been here before today, but I have found a new favorite in Mt. Vernon, IN.

In my humble opinion, this is the best restaurant in Mount Vernon. Every time I come here, I am never dissatisfied. Their chicken and shrimp is always cooked really well, and the establishment is clean all of the time. The lunch specials are a great deal, too. $7.00 for lunch and a free soft drink is always a good deal. My personal favorite would have to be the Camaron Playa (shrimp on the beach). I'd highly recommend it to anyone who likes shrimp. It's also a gym in case if anyone of you who happen to read this plays Pokèmon Go, which is a nice bonus. My only gripe would be the quality of the service. But after awhile, the waiter/waitress will be a little nicer the more you come in. As long as if you aren't a rude customer, the people here won't be rude. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone visiting our town.

I tried Camerons Playa (Shrimp on the Beach) and a shrimp taco and both were excellent!

Good food and it's super clean. I never leave fill cheated

A good small town Mexican food restaurant. A good selection of freshly cooked and well prepared meals. The decor needs a little help but, the food is exactly what I wanted.
