(February 13, 2019, 11:35 pm)Meh. Food isn't bad, but paper straws (really?) and an unprofessional staff make it mediocre at best.
Returned on 13 Feb and it seems to have improved! Had the Cuban sandwich and it was really good. The waitress was pretty sharp and on the spot with drink refills when needed. -

My daughter and grandkids live in Indianapolis so this is a great halfway point to where we live in Cincinnati. There were five adults and two small children and the service was excellent from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Phoenix was our server, she was great, can't wait to go back to this place and try more of the delicious food!

(October 28, 2018, 12:18 pm)I cannot say enough good things about Big Four. Chef Devin and Phoenix and her experience are an amazing duo. The omelets are top-notch and the ingredients to choose from are always fresh and high quality. Our kids love their pancakes and the amount of food we get for the price is THE best in town. The food is high quality and new menu items and new flavors are worth stopping in for. My Dad says it's the best burger he's ever had (He's 68) :) We keep coming back for the high quality menu items, the clean restaurant and restrooms and amazing value of food for the price.
