Since it's fairly new, we weren't sure if we were at the right place since the board still says Austin Diner, but once you enter you'll know you're at the right place. We started with chole batura--I would highly recommend trying this out!! The bhature was really soft. We also got chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and pani puri... It was so delicious! We also took masala chai for the way in to go cups!! Totally worth it! We have added this place to our list and will definitely visit again!”

“Decent place to get lunch. Their beef special was good, a little pricey at $11 but it was worth it, very tasty. At first I was disappointed because the Chicken and dumpling soup was $5, but it was a HUGE portion. I couldn't eat it all, and I never leave food on my plate. It was also very tasty. They have two drive through lanes and they don't move incredibly fast. The food was "warm" not "hot." Some that may not bother, but to me, I like a hot meal, not just a warm one.”

“A great business has more than quality products or services. The family who runs and owns this place are some of the best people I have ever met. Even though they sell food, while my family provides music goods and services, I do believe that this family's wholesome nature and solid values have been a great asset to those around them. I also am confident in saying that I like their coffee much more recently, not that it was anything less than stellar before, but that it's richer and more flavorful these days. Truly a community center in its own right. And, no, the pizza is not "burnt.". It's made in a real brick oven which naturally crisps the edges of the dough. Just like Italian pizza from Italy.”

“Sat at the bar here, the staff was very polite, weren't over bearing, had the ribeye and lobster tail, first place in Indiana I have run across that actually did the lobster tail correctly, the butter sauce was too thick but I easily fixed that myself, ordered the steak medium, but I think they try to cook it at too high of a grill setting because about 90% of the steak was perfect, had to cut out a couple of very small purple uncooked spots, but the seasoning on the "natural" steak is phenomenal, excellent taste, I think if they took a few more minutes and cooked the steak at a lower heat it wouldn't have had the small raw portion. The bake potato was done right and the veggies were fresh. I would come back again, I'm very big on steak, if it would have been fully cooked it would have been a 5 star review from me, I definitely recommend this place if you need to stay in the area”

“Visited here this past Sunday afternoon. It was one of the most pleasant fast food experiences I've had. Though the food was good, it was the lady who attended me who made my visit memorable. I believe she was a manager. I was impressed by her cheerful, professional attitude from the moment I approached the counter, to the moment I left. She brought my order to the table where I sat, asked if there was anything else she could do,, and as I was leaving, she even took the time to stop me and ask if everything was good. More often than not, customers rather expect employees (at any place) to be the exact opposite of how this employee is. I also believe that the establishment deserves to know when they have an employee who is also an asset. As I drove on that day, I thought of what it would be like if everyone we encountered everywhere were more like this lady. Hopefully they know that already. The chances of subsequent revisits: 100%.”

“I've been stopping at this Cracker Barrel since they built it. It's got a great spot that makes it convenient to stop and eat before heading into or out of the Louisville metro area. They have a pretty reliable menu that with minor changes over the years has been a great way to travel and still have home-ish style cooked meal. “This store used to be horrible! I quit eating there because it was so bad. But the new management actually have great staff now. They reloaded that place with friendly staff who are well trained.
