    Disappointed this trip... Always a 5 star restaurant but service was slow and meals were not top quality for the price.

    Center Cut never disappoints! I went for my birthday dinner with my wife, and everything was delightful. The service is always superior, as is the food. I had a NY strip, with mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese. The bread plate always has a good selection of bread and spreads. I'd give more stars if I could. I really enjoy Center Cut

    Fine dining, excellent food, service is great. Wish i could find one away from the casino

    Soup was very good
    New York strip over cooked from what I ordered and not as tender as many bragged about.
    Carmel molten chocolate cake was dry. No molten center filling, ice cream was great, the two spoon fulls
    Price didn't match the quality.
