Red Lobster

First of all Aubrey, our server was great. So that's a good thing.

We went in around at 8:45 pm on a Monday, so obviously, the place was kinda empty. We saw 2 other tables other than us. We took a few moments to get our drinks and ordered our food. It took 40 minutes to come to the table. Never knew seafood took this long to cook (mind that I am a chef myself). The only steak in our order was a med-rare so shouldn't have taken so long. Anyway, the food tasted good but went cold in 5 minutes. Wasn't expecting that, but that happens when it's usually cooked with chef Mike (microwaved). Red Lobster is going cheap I see.

But the surprise was the check when it came. The suggested tip was way off. Weird, ha? Check the image, see if you know how to calculate the tip amount-

Made reservations for eight this morning, very little to no wait at 630 PM. For our table...great service and server was extremely attentive....little long on wait for main course but overall food was very good and large portions...will be going back again soon.

The food was actually great - I normally don't order fish meals; however was so glad I did! The biscuits as usual were great - except they don't ask you or take time to bring you more like you want until you're almost finished! I was really pretty pleased with the meal, especially my date - my husband!

We had an amazing experience! Food and drinks were amazing! Our server was literally the best, most attentive, helpful, knowledgeable of the menu, nicest server I have had in a very long time! I recently left the restaurant business due to being given an amazing blessing in a different career field so I'm very familiar with servers being one for 10 years... I always tip 20% but she more than deserved the 50% tip I gave her! If you want a great experience ask for Tiara G!

Dinner was great tonight! Lobsterfest is always a great time to come in! My dinner essentially had lobster scampi... Delicious! Red Lobster takes me back to my childhood... I will never forget when my parents let me buy my first full lobster... It felt like I was officially grown up.
