Waterford Estates Lodge

Went to a wedding here the ball room was very nice and, the room was decent. The staff was great very nice. There was one bartender that was a little shity and was saying that my gay cousin was hitting on the wait staff and making them uncomfortable. I think she was just trying not to work. Coming up with any reason to not serve us saying it was a liability even though we were staying there.

Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Very few outlets available for use for phones, computers, and etc. Rooms clean. Good location.

Lodge was okay at best slightly outdated clean carpet had some stains on it there was a crack in the ceiling the one light fixture in the bathtub didn't have a cover, breakfast was blah squishy home fries flat eggs but they had cereals and stuff for the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful though they were the best part of the stay.

Theresa at the front desk made me and my guests feel welcomed from the start with a genuine understanding of our needs and a welcoming award winning personality. Her extraordinary eye for details and attention to our personal needs exceeded our expectations. Someone give that girl a raise!
