My family and I came in for what we thought was Mother's Day Brunch. We had reservations at 11am and ended up eating heavy dinners. We all anticipated maybe a breakfast or light lunch of sorts. Regardless, most of the meals were good. We ended up with the Godfather steak, we had to send that back unfortunately. However, they brought out a new steak and it was just fine. I had the lamb and honestly I'm not sure if it was over cooked but it tasted too much like beef. I didn't really enjoy it. We did stay for amazing desserts and took the majority of a key lime pie home but devoured this ice cream they had. The home make pink whipped cream was absolutely delectable.
I Looooove this restaurant. The staff are attentive and focused on pleasing the customer. The restaurant is tastefully decorated in a "Yesteryear Yesterday" theme. The owners are pleasant and great every guest. Finally, the food is absolutely amazing. Most entrees can be converted to gluten free upon request. Meals/appetizers are well proportioned for a hearty appetite and the desserts are decadent!!!!!
Always love Yesterday's for special occasions. Noboy can beat their deserts. Everything from atmosphere to the food is always perfection.
I only had dessert here. The portions are huge and the prices match, but the quality varies widely.
I had a chocolate peanutbutter cheesecake and it was fantastic. Way too much to eat in one sitting, a mountain of whipped cream. I loved it.
The very moist chocolate cake was a disappointment though. I brought it home to my husband. It was just chocolate cake. I would not have paid $10 for it if I'd known.
