McDonald's

Remodeled McDonald's. Nice updated decor. Service on par with other McDonalds which is neither good nor bad. Service can be kinda slow at peak times. Food is average for a McDonald's.

This McDonald's used to be awful. Long wait times, careless staff. But something must have changed in the last year and a half, because I was really pleased with the quick service and the helpful staff the last couple of times I went there.

They have a nice play place, although the tables for eating families are WAY too close together and if you sit at the only open table, the family next to you is likely to give you the stink eye even though that's entirely unreasonable of them.

The downside to this McDonald's is that they have self-help kiosks and they REALLLY want you to use them.

As a person who likes to limit my human interactions in a day, I LOVE the trend towards ordering kiosks. But, it is frustrating when the friend I'm meeting comes in juggling several kids and the employees are trying to push her to juggle the ordering kiosk as well. The kiosk is a hassle when you're trying to handle little ones, just let the woman order how she wants to order - at the counter, where the employees will punch in the order for her instead of making her do it for them while they stand watching over her shoulder.

I'm taking a star off for that rubbish, but if my parent friends were doing the rating, I know they would take off more.

Also, what it with the weird, caged, pogo stick contraption in your play place? A child is going to get seriously injured one of these days.

I enjoyed my stay there too much as I almost extended it more,just the business 8 was there for was over. A big shout to Chris,Stacy,Jennifer and the two other ladies I can't remember there name and the maintenance guy who came to fix my heater. I'll definitely get back to you guys hotel if am ever that way. Thanks for the scramble eggs through your private chef for free lol,it was very very delicious

This review is for a visit approximately 2 1/2 years ago, so that is what I am basing my review on. We ordered, received our food quickly, and then went in playplace area to eat and play. The rustic, cabin, bear look was incredible. The kids wanted to be near the fireplace, but the playroom won that one. The kids all commented how "neat" it was. We had a good time playing.
