Long John Silver's

Freshly cooked but cooked the Mozzarella sticks too long. No cheese in the stick. The thick cut cod is AWESOME. Shrimp was very nice also.

We haven't been to Long John Silver's in a long time. Over the years the food has been getting worse (smaller portions, higher prices, grease, not seasoned or cooked consistently) for example; baked cod rubbery, green beans no flavor, baked potato over or under cooked. The hush puppies, corn and rice were very good this time, the cod is supposed to be on a bed of rice but you couldn't even see the rice under the cod. I was thinking that they had a new recipe for the Hush puppies because of how good they were (not over cooked or greasy) corn buttery. On the other hand the employees were very nice and professional. It might be a while before we go back, but we haven't given up on them. Last but not least, the floors are very slippery. The slippery while wet signs were out but the floors weren't wet, maybe hot soapy water then rinse with hot clean water no soap. My husband uses a cane it would have been awful if he/someone falls ????????

I don’t understand why they turn all the lights off?? Even the menu lighting and it was only 8:45 and they are open till 10:00. For the most part the food is good and the people complaining about it being greasy obviously don’t understand the the majority of the food is cooked in grease!! My main issue is with the staff and the lack of customer service and turning the lights out long before they close. I have also went trough the drive trough knowing that they are open and nobody would acknowledge that I was at the drive trough. The food is good if you can get them to serve you!! It’s very strange how they try to seem closed when they are open. It’s as if they don’t want you to be there. VERY ODD!!!!

We had chicken and fish, and everything was very tasty. Service was quick, especially since it was noontime when we went here. The restaurant is right on the road, and there is ample parking.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food the last time I dined in. The time before that the Cole slaw wad icy and there was no tea. I love the food but needs better service. Just had to wait 20 minutes again and didn't get my food, had to complain all of the employees are standing around talking, the tartar sauce is empty and no one is filling it. You need to hire better employees.
