    We hardly go to McDonald's, but decided to get lunch from there two days ago. My 2-yr-old threw up a few hours later and had a fever for two nights. I'm staying away from McDonalds from now on. 3-stars, because this is the first time it's happened, and it's a quick place to get your coffee & hotcakes, but I'm really worried about the quality of their food & cleanliness overall. Looks great on the outside & in, but not so sure the food is handled properly.
