The hostess and waiter were great- very friendly and kind. The waiter was full-hearted and shaped a heart for me and my date. Great food and service. My favorite place.
Alway packed! Said would have 20 minute wait, but were seated in 15. Waitress was quick and food was quick. Did have to ask multiple times for my biscuits, but otherwise food was good. Prices were decent.
It was busy the morning we got there, but there wasn't any wait to be seated. The waitress was prompt with getting our orders, and the food came out in a timely manner. For being that busy, I was really impressed with how the staff managed it. Would definitely go back anytime!!!!
For all the hype, my food was gross. But the others at my table seemed to enjoy theirs. I had the country fried steak. Yuck! It was fatty and grissley and over cooked. My husband's steak was incredibly under cooked, but he ate it anyway and said it was good for the circumstances. We had an incredibly sweet server tho. We took care of her because the food isn't her fault. She did her job very well!
Huge selection of home style food. Taste good and at a great price. Service is often very good and friendly. My glass felt a bit dirty the last time I was there. I'm a man though and some stuff on my glass won't deter me from drinking my ice water with lemon. My favorite thing about this Cracker barrel is the taxidermied deer over the fireplace. He has a confused look on his face that always makes me laugh. Don't believe me check it out for yourself and get the country fried breakfast and throw some syrup on your grits. Have extra bacon because this is America!
