Great food, good service. No problem with our special orders.

You have to ask for banchan but it is available.

Miso soup was warm, but I prefer it piping hot.

Fishya was an experience I won't soon forget. Before this point, I've never been a big fan of sushi, but I know realize it's because I've never gotten high quality sushi. This place serves the best of the best sushi at a price that's outstandingly low for the quality and quantity of sushi you receive. The wasabi is outstanding, and the choice of using pickled cucumbers over ginger was a pleasant change. The servers are helpful, the menu is vast, and food is great. If you're considering trying sushi for the first time, I implore you to try Fishya first.

Having gone here a plethora of times, each experience is fantastic and enjoyable. The wait staff is always nearby (smaller restaurant helps), never been a wait while I've gone, drinks are kept full even for people who drink quickly (like myself). The atmosphere certainly resonates with the name fusion as the influence and design direction pulls from many different Asian and Polynesian influences, prominently though Japanese as the tagline would imply. I've had about 7-8 different specialty sushi rolls here and each is unique and delicious. Some have lighter tastes like the Irish Roll and the tempura carry a heavier, fatty flavor (by no means bad, tempura are fried rolls, cooking it differently). The only complaint is the portion of mochi you get for the price, but other than that, nothing worth stating!
I'd also recommend getting items beyond their rolls too as they have great dinner dishes to try. Many of them pull the best unique qualities from Korean and Asian food in general to develop fantastic meals.

Delicious food could be a bit cheaper, but the sushi was unique.

Sadly, they do not offer the same items from the lunch menu at Dinner. We were willing to pay Dinner prices, but not available. ????

LOVE THE LUNCH MENU! (Son: 5☆'s for lunch; husband: 1 ☆ dog Dinner - our only visit.)
