I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, Joey Baylor after my “to go” sandwich was not as warm and flavorful as it usually is. Joey was very polite and professional and offered to give me a free sandwich if I wanted to come back by. I told him I was from out of town and could not stop back by the store. He stated he was sorry that I was dissatisfied with the quality and said he would mail me a coupon for a sandwich that I could turn in at my closest location. Joey was true to his word and I received my coupons today in the mail along with a thank you note for supporting Potbelly’s. Joey, you are an example of what a good manager should be.
