Dunkin'

I went in on a Saturday morning and there was only a two other customers there, service was friendly and fast. It's small inside and the walls are kind of bare which made the volume level of all seven employees too much and I had to leave. A minor nitpick to an otherwise fine experience.

I stopped by the new Dunkin' on VMP this week to see how it compared to my experience at the other DD shops I've visited. I ordered a large coffee and Munchkins through the app for drive thru pickup. The line at the drive thru was very much single-threaded, with the cashier also preparing drinks. It took a good 10 minutes to get through four cars. Not too impressed with the speed. Upon arrival at the window, my Munchkins were missing in action. They quickly scooped some up and gave me much more than ordered. The drink was good and the donut holes were good but I was a little disappointed with their service. I stopped by on the weekend, with less of a crowd, to find that the service was much better. Overall, I'd give three stars for service and speed, but four stars for food and quality. I'll be back, but only after I wear out the new Starbucks across the street.

Love this new location! Love the open concept and fancy new tap system to dispense their iced tea and coffees! Friendly staff too!

This was my first time visiting this location since it opened and I absolutely loved it. This is one of the new stores that dropped the donuts in the name and it looks phenomenal on the inside. Everything is so modern and new and the drinks on tap is phenomenal. Definitely recommend this location as the staff is extremely friendly and fast as well!
