Hornville tavern

Deb and her husband Butch are wonderful , it's very clean an inviting atmosphere. I loved it and will definitely be back ????????????

I've been going here for years and it is one of my favorites! Never had anything bad here. The smoked chicken is the best I've had, one of the best steak sandwiches around (hands down), Ribeye steak special on Friday and the Prime Rib Saturday are also favorites of mine. They also have an underrated fried chicken, and you gotta try the beer bread. Cold beer and full bar with very reasonable prices all around. The owners, Butch and Deb are usually there and say hello and interact with customers. Fantastic place if you're trying to get away from Evansville or chain restaurants.

It was ok. In all honesty I wish the portion size was better. Spent $5 for A small plate of fried pickles and my club sandwich with fries was 11.75 before tax. We also had a double cheeseburger that was dripping with grease, it was good though. Would I try it again? Yeah maybe if I was in the area, but I would not make a special trip out there.

You don't go to a place like this for a fine dining experience, but the food is amazing. The specials are great and the fried chicken will knock your pants off. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. Great for a casual dining experience for the whole family.

I had Hornville catered to my wedding and I have no words. Everyone was super nice and fun to work with. The food was delicious and filling! This was my first time having their food and I will definitely make the drive to eat there.
