Gatrick's

I haven't had soul food this good since my grandma was around for Sunday dinners. The fried chicken and grilled pork chop are top notch. Definitely get them baked beans son, they are tasty.

Red roses on the tables, courteous and friendly wait staff, some of the best catfish I've ever eaten and the shrimp boil was excellent. A most inviting ambiance and a great place to have lunch or dinner. Starting Tuesday May 21st at 7 a.m. Gatrick's will start serving breakfast. I can hardly wait.

Never knew anything about this place. All I know is for my husband to say this is his most favorite restaurant in Evansville and let me taste his food that says a lot. Great great place and DELICIOUS FOOD

Very nice place with friendly service. The ribs were so good. Big but so tender with a great smoked flavor. Also loved the sauce, not so sweet like most. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Ate there Saturday at 5pm. Only a few customers there on our arrival. Took a while to get waited on. Took even longer to get our food. Husband had catfish, fries and coleslaw which he loved. Our shrimp appetizer came after the main course without tartar sauce which never came at all. My baked potato was over cooked and cold. I had to ask again for butter and sour cream. Butter was so cold it wouldn't melt. The red beans and rice were great and the ribs were super. However the owner yelled at her waitress several times right in front of us and stormed back into the kitchen. Not cool. I will get the ribs again because they were fall off the bone good but it will be take out from now on.
