ROPPONGI Japanese Steak & Sushi

Really good when you get your food but there have been several occasions where no one will pick the phone up when you try to order. About one in three times I can’t get anyone to answer when I’m trying to order carry-out. (Edit - since this review I’ve had absolutely no issue, they’ve been amazing every time. Not sure if they were just going through a rough patch when I originally wrote this. One of my favorite restaurants in town, can’t recommend them enough)

Who'd have thought that the best sushi I've ever had would be in Evansville, Indiana? Well, it is. Everything tastes as fresh as can be, and each piece is thick and perfectly sliced. I've been here twice now, and had the same amazing experience both times, so I will absolutely be visiting every time that I'm in town. If you like sushi, do yourself a favor and try this place. I have not tried the hibachi, but it looks and smells amazing if that counts for anything!

2 hours away from home going to the VA hospital looked up places close by and this looked very enticing. Ricky my Sushi chef did a fantastic job on my shrimp crunch roll. Taylor my waitress was really nice. Main tray was very good. Probably will stop by again when I have to visit the VA hospital

An amazing experience! You can choose to either sit at one of their hibachi grills or on the side at a table/booth. The hibachi grill offers an an amazing show, perfect for a date or family night out. Pricing is kind of pricey, but for a good reason. You definitely get what you pay for! Their sushi choices are phenomenal! They have a sushi roll called "Top Secret" which comes out wrapped in tinfoil and lit on fire! Once the fire goes out you can unwrap and enjoy. The service was also great and the waitress/waiter was very friendly. A must try and I'm excited to go again!

My husband are not from this area and we love Japanese food. I almost gave up hope on finding a good place to eat. Today we decided to try here and it was amazing! The front lady was helpful and we loved our waitress samantha who was very friendly and helpful. The food was great, it was different but amazing and I am fat and happy! I cant wait to go back already!
