Yen Ching Chinese Restaurant

This is my favorite restaurant. Everyone is welcome here/ treated like family. Food is perfect every time. You can have recipe adjusted to your needs as always cooked fresh. Servers here are long time employees. all treat each other well and treat customers as if they are long lost family, love the people and the food and the decor.

My oldest son remembered coming here as a child. Same fantastic food, same good people. Almost 18 years later still the best in Evansville

Chinese food just isn’t Chinese food if it doesn’t come from Yen Ching. They are the reason I love Chinese food so much. Been going there for years, and I plan to continue! The Sweet N Sour Chicken is like no other! The crab rangoons are what crab rangoons should be. So delicious! And I love that it’s a little more upscale as far as the atmosphere.

I have gone to this restaurant for over 10yrs. One of my favorite places to eat in Evansville.

Most Chinese restaurants in the area are more like hole in the wall takeout places, so it's nice that there's still others like this that are a little more elegant. The decor and service are top notch, and the food is fantastic. They've got all the familiar Chinese American dishes if you're with someone who's not an adventurous eater, but they've also got plenty of more unique dishes. The roast duck for example is excellent. Portions are generous, so it works well for everyone at the table to share, which is nice.
