    The customer service was ok. The food was served hot and ready. It tasted fine (and yes they still have unlimited breadsticks)!

    It has been many years since I last went to a Fazoli's and since that time I wonder if the ingredients in some of the food could have changed a bit (over the past 20 years or so)? Even if that is so, the food wasn't bad, it just didn't have the taste I remember from so many years back as a 20 something year old, but still good food especially for a fast food style Italian restaurant!

    Foods ok for a quick restaurant. Pasta dishes usually need more cause.

    Very well managed! Food is always right and fresh and restaurant is always clean!
