(August 11, 2018, 6:58 pm)Excellent food, and truly unique for the area. The brisket is miles better than any you can get in Evansville, the sauce is vinegary and tangy unlike anything else in town. The side dishes are unique and delicious, try the brisket Mac and cheese if you like smoky flavors, the Texas caviar if you like black eyed peas, and the corn may well be as good as the brisket. The only bad thing I can say about it is that the location is small and a little hard to get to, but that just gives you an excuse to buy more and take it with you.

(January 2, 2018, 9:12 pm)I love getting take out from Bubbles at Carne Asada. I ordered Mac & Cheese for Christmas Eve dinner and also picked up some brisket and beans. Everything was outstanding.
