Really enjoyed having brunch here last Sunday. Pancakes were very good. Just a nice breakfast diner that Evansville doesn't have many of.
This was my first time coming to kite and key and it definitely won't be my last. They have very friendly staff and the food was awesome. 10/10 would recommend.
First this place is adorable. That’s not the best thing though staff were very warm and inviting you got a refill before you had to ask. ..still not best part...I tasted the biscuits and gravy that have had in a very long time. But the best part is their fried potatoes they were to perfection
This is definitely a little hidden treasure Evansville that so worth the find
The service here is very courteous and the food is very well made and very good. It's comfort food that you can come back to over and over again. It is limited seating but the size of the seating area makes for a very homey atmosphere. Me and my family have become regulars there and love it.
Cozy atmosphere and a small but nice breakfast and lunch menu. Sausage gravy was a little bland for my taste (I needed to add hot sauce), but everything else was good. Others in my group were impressed, particularly with the fresh tasting bread, fluffy pancakes, and hot chocolate (I had none in my order). I was very thirsty after eating, which usually seems to indicate higher sodium or MSG, probably in the gravy or fried potatoes.
