This is the best McDonald's in Terre Haute. My order is always correct, and the staff is very friendly. Service is always quick and the restaurant is always clean. The staff working here are mostly adults, so things seem to run very smoothly. I have never once had an incorrect order here. Everything is also always fresh, and things are never chaotic. The manager is always around and involved, and all of the staff working here seem to be great people. This McDonald's should be the standard for all stores in terms of great staff. I cannot stress that enough. Whatever is going on here is working, and the staff need to be rewarded, and the manager needs to be recognized. When I get bad service at another McDonald's, I always tell them they need to see how this one works.

My card was declined tonight and the employee at the window paid for my small order. Unexpected and very nice surprise. The food was good. Thank you very much. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. #PayItForward
