    We bought 15 dozen donuts to take into Rockville prison in the staff was amazing

    This place has fantastic coffee and great deals. Their customer service, however, is lacking. We've had a few times where they have had a happy hour sign on the menu or close to it and when we ordered that item were told that that sign no longer applies. If that's the case then you need to take it down. And when you say something the owner gets very agitated and starts yelling. We love the coffee but we don't like going when he is working and we like to know the price of the items we ordered will be honored since we ordered what the sign was promoting.

    People are always nice. Use their app if you have it, it makes the process much more convenient.
