Steak 'n Shake

Just returned for breakfast today. Always liked their country bowl. Thay have cut out some of their breakfast items. Eggs and potatoes were over done. It seemed like there gravy isn't as good as I remember either. Think we will skip breakfast there for a while. Still really like their regular meals.

Kelcey is the best. She is very informative and can remember people and their order without needing to write it down. She goes above and beyond to help everyone.

Service at the table was very good, however, I ordered a shake but I have a feeling that my order was lost because it took them over 10 minutes to bring the milkshake to me.

The restroom was clean except for the trashcan was overflowing. I notified the staff at the register and one of the employees went to take care of it right away.

The restaurant was buzzing with activity but that didn't affect the service.

Fast friendly service. I wish the dining area was a little bigger to accommodate more customers as it sometimes is standing room only. And the dining area could be a bit cleaner. But over all it is a great place to each a cheap quick meal.
