Great sandwiches and great service
Had to wait a long time (6 minutes) for one of my 4 sandwiches...really? I thought that was your thing.
Great food and fast service
I typically visit this Jimmy John's location 1-2x/month. Staff always have been pleasant and upbeat from the time I step in the door until I've stepped out. I love how friendly the staff have been to my young children when they're standing in the aisle and obstructing the flow of foot traffic.
The one time I had an issue with the store when I had a delivery order, they resolved the issue AND gave me a certificate good for a free sandwich - EXCEPTIONAL!
