Papa John's Pizza

We have been going to Papa John's for years, but then had an issue with undercooked pizza. I called the manager, who was awesome, and he gave us two new pizzas right away and vouchers for 2 more pizzas free of charge, he even waived the delivery fee! This is how business should be done. The staff at Papa John's truly went above and beyond! I am wondering if they are under new management? Either way, he made it right and that is really great.

Papa John's is definitely in financial trouble. They used to give a free large three topping pizza after earning 25 points. Now, it's 75 points for $10 off an order. This store has now changed it's weekdays closing time from 12:30am to 11:00pm. Not good.

I like papa johns pizza but this last time they didn't hardly cook our pizzas they were really doughy and it was gross. The employees are also kindof hateful on the phone when you ask them questions.

I ordered a gluten free pizza because i am gluten sensitive and they never brought me my pizza and i called and they never answered so i called one last time as i was about to walk in the store and they said they where on there way. So i rushed back to the house drooling over the pizza and when i got there just in the niche of time they has a burger king hamburger waiting for me not my pizza i was hoping and lets not forgwet im gluten free and they gave me a gluten burger so i could get sick but i rate this five stars just because the driver was hot! #justdoit #lovehotdrivers
