The rice tasted great, best thing on my plate, thankfully my allergy meant I got a stomach ache from the small amount i ate and not a trip to the ER. Service was mediocre at best.”

“To start off the review the staff are very nice. The problem I notice here when i order my food they tend to push you away from the drive through to get your "food ready." Which I understand if it takes some time to get your food ready. Definitely been a couple of times where there are several cars getting food before me. One time I waited 15 min just for 2 chicken sandwiches and not sure why it took that long but okay. I understand some food takes a decent amount or time to make but when your watching several cars behind you getting food several times it makes you raise a eyebrow!”

“Amazing find! Lasagna and burger were terrific. Baklava and white chocolate cheesecake tasted like my grandma's. View was one of the bests I've seen in Southern Indiana. Prices were extremely fair. $50 for an big app, 2 generous entrees, and 2 huge desserts is cheaper than any chain. Plus the server's and staff were super friendly. Southern Indiana hospitality at it's best. Highly recommend. Don't know what stick the other reviewers had up there butt. My family loved it.”

“Twice now I’ve tried to order food from this location, well before close. They have a cut off time of 30min prior for placing an order, which I totally understand. However, this particular location has a bad habit of not picking up the phone when it approaches that cutoff time. I called 40 min prior each time, and no one picked up. I proceeded to call on my drive from my home, still intending on bringing food home to my wife. The first time the closing employee wanted to debate with me about the reasons why. The second time, the closing employee (not the same one) was clearly frustrated by my presence and cared more about making sure her family (who was also dining) was taken care of. The manager eventually made my food and was more than accommodating each time, but this practice has to stop. You’re actively driving away business! The Penn Station brand deserves better than this.”

I would think a new customer, which they knew I was, they would have tried to make a better impression. By the time I paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver, I could have ordered exactly what I wanted for the same price. The wait time was short. But it was early on a Thursday evening. Probably, not their busiest time.”

They are working on hiring more people and I'm sure the service and look of the inside will improve then but when my boyfriend and I visited the large menu was on the floor, all the salt shakers were empty, the tables needed to be wiped down, and the hot sauce bottles were very low. A new person was being trained on the cash register (was a bit slow but that was perfectly fine) and the food came out hot so no complaints on that end.”
