It is a wonderful place, food and service are wonderful

Food tastes great but this time I think they were having a problem with there hot side, front half was only warm while back side was up to hot temperature, service was a little off this time. We were seated in the mill room.

This restaurant has a legendary history. We all wish it was as good as it once was, but i fear it has survived too long and endured too many changes and valliant efforts to resurect it every time it has fallen... its still good and maybe better than good, but it was soooo great, those of us that remember what once was, eat the food, visit with old friends and wish for the days when Willie and Red walked the halls and set a standard greatness.that few ever reach...I still visit when I'm in town, but I always leave a little saddened, and a little wanting, but full.....db

The grilled chicken was very delicious, service was excellent and Tammy our server was exceptional. The atmosphere is very comfortable and beautiful. You can order from the menu or try the buffet. Stumbled on this place by accident.

I have been told about this place for years. This place has changed names to "Willie and Reds". Never got over there until today. I did notice that they have a cheese and crackers at the entrance to snack on if you were waiting. That is excellent. We had a very nice waitress and she came back by often and kept the dirty dishes cleared off the table.
The buffet was larger than most I have ever seen. A large variety of foods to choose from. (They also have menus if you wish to order from them.) The salad was very fresh, except missing mushrooms, fresh broccoli, and a couple others. They had for meats ham, chicken, fish, chicken livers, shrimp, beef, meatballs. This was awesome. They had an excellent selection of vegetables to choose from as well. I do have to note that the vegetables could have been a little hotter. They had very fresh rolls. They also have a very nice dessert bar to choose from. Including some sugar free pies.
