Culver's

I was impressed. The burgers were very good. My French fries tasted a little fishy though, didn't like them too much. The service was great! The price was good, too.

Food was outstanding. Customer service was Great! It was very busy and some how the employees kept it together even with rude customers. That's what I call professional! Customers have to realize people make mistakes. No one's perfect. After reading some of the reviews there were some drive thru mistakes and some inside. But the management went over and beyond to correct the mistakes and satisfy their customers. That's great management! Also, don't forget they've only been open for a few weeks now. I think it's a great place to eat, family oriented, clean environment, and professional employees. I give It 5 ???? Thanks for coming to Richmond!

I've been waiting for a Culver's here in Richmond for a very long time. Now that it's here - the food is excellent, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the service was surprisingly quick. So happy it's here.

I stopped into Culver's for the opening day and was one of the first 15 customers in line. I must say the food tastes incredible and the service was top notch! The cashier Nick S. did an absolutely incredible job and seemed cool, calm, and collected while hundreds of people were lined up hundreds deep. The food tastes incredible and was in my hands within minutes of ordering. I will definitely be regular customer.
