“We found bearded bagel during the pandemic when it was just a food truck. When they opened shop, my quality of life immediately increased 😂😂😂 I’d never had a bagel that was as soft and warm and delicious as this. I usually order the BLT but when I want to really treat myself I also get the Amanda’s pajamas. Everything is MOUTH WATERING! You walk in and immediately greeted by smiling faces and a calm atmosphere! I’d recommend this again and again.”

The first time I had the Red Bull infusion it was great but each time I went back it seemed like more of the flavor syrup was added and the drink wasnt the same color or same taste. “Cute picturesque shop, gourmet popcorn, limited beer, and wine. I was surprised that they even have sandwiches and other light choices if you need lunch or dinner. Seems they used to do brunch. Located off of the main drag of Bripp. It was not busy at all on a Thursday evening. This was the perfect place for me and my girl friends to enjoy each other’s company. We got the popcorn flight with wine pairing. It’s the perfect place to entertain your parents, girl friends, go on a date+ Outside patio is so nice! Only complaint is it is definitely a bit pricey.”

“Black Leaf is incredible. My partner and I stopped here on a cross-country drive after 8 months of traveling and our visit to Black Leaf was a food highlight of our trip. The owners are extremely friendly, generous, personable and so kind. The place had really good energy, music and ambiance. The food was so amazing and inspiring- I’ve been plant based for 2 years and vegetarian for almost all of my life and this is some of the most creative and flavorful vegan food I’ve ever had. We loved meeting the owners and hearing their stories and they offered to keep in touch and give us recommendations for vegan spots around the world. We wanted to stay for longer but unfortunately needed to hit the road. If you’re in Indianapolis or driving through Indianapolis, make sure to stop here. I wanted to try everything on their menu, we got chicken sliders, gluten free Mac and cheese, green smoothies and jarsagna. I can’t wait to visit black leaf again in the future.”

“First time. Got the Colorado Mocho and an Everything bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and gouda cheese. Gotta say, that coffee was SO good! Definitely the best I've ever gotten from a coffee shop. It had a great mix of flavors. I will definitely be going back. It did not disappoint. I like that’ I ordered milk tea with jelly & a green tea. We got a strawberry pudding on top of that. Milk tea was pretty light. There wasn’t a heavy milk tea flavor. 3.5/5 Green tea was good. I liked the strong tea flavor for this. Heavy on matcha. 4/5 Pudding : 2/5. I rate this place a 4 depending on other drinks I’ve had but didn’t review. I do like that they have different options, but the day I came here I wanted a brown sugar BBT, and they didn’t have it, so I was a little sad about it, but nonetheless, pretty good drinks and good service.”

“A great business has more than quality products or services. The family who runs and owns this place are some of the best people I have ever met. Even though they sell food, while my family provides music goods and services, I do believe that this family's wholesome nature and solid values have been a great asset to those around them. I also am confident in saying that I like their coffee much more recently, not that it was anything less than stellar before, but that it's richer and more flavorful these days. “This place!!!! It most definitely surprised me.. There was only 1 waiter on my first visit to this lovely dine in. Our waiter was on top of her game. She should get some award for her work. The kitchen was confused but everything was wonderful. Our appetizers arrived and moments later my plate was ready. Our food came at different times. “Pros: Friendly staff, cute coffee shop environment with ample seating. Had food options also that we did not try but looked good! Cons: Iced coffee had very little syrup flavor after the first few sips. Smoothie had large ice chunks in it and tasted very processed, no fresh fruit. I strongly dislike throwing food/drinks away but couldn't finish the smoothie after a few sips unfortunately :( Overall, the iced coffee was okay but the smoothie did not meet expectations. Would maybe come back and try something else since people seemed to be enjoying their food/drinks.”
