    What a great Mom & Pop I scream you scream we all scream for.... A huge menu!! I was blow away by all they had to offer. I will definitely be going back!

    Great small town food and ice cream joint. The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good. The ice cream is amazing. Ignore the negative reviews. Tootsies is a great place to get a bite to eat with some great dessert to follow.
