    I love this shop. Drive through is great. It's not as pleasant to go into the store to pick up mobile orders as they are often so busy and focus on what they are doing, rather than acknowledge the people in the store. Walking up to the till to order and pay is a great experience, very friendly and fast. Amazing product.

    I usually love coming to Starbucks, staff is very nice and always talkative, but yesterday when I went the drive through lady was extremely rude and not the Starbucks customer service I expected!
