Great Italian food at a reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. I grew up in an Italian community in NY and Via Sofia's is the closest I've had to automatic Italian I've had since I moved to Iowa.

Five stars definitely deserves every one of them. If you’re in town and you just want to have a great meal for the The night this is the place now if you are a family of five when they actually say if it’s a family of four you could feed a family of five on it. Is the first place and a long time that is not stingy with the amount of food you get . parents as myself know how hard it is to find something to feed our children I have adult kids so I had the luxury of having nineties children where we could actually feed our family on five to six dollars the entire family now you’re paying twenty to three dollars to go to McDonald’s to eat food that doesn’t even get a one star . This decade and generation will eat anything the food is horrible and I will say that this restaurant has brought back my faith and food and that is a home cooked taste like something you would get for twice the amount of money. I went to the store and I bought spaghetti garlic bread and spaghetti sauce and a few seasonings and I can’t tell is $10 tonight I went and ate there and we got a half a gallon of spaghetti to go and when we got home we could not believe that it was more spaghetti than what we cooked last week for only $10. For a couple more dollars you get a half a loaf of bread garlic bread. I have an eaten here twice and I plan on eating here and trying everything on the menu. I recommend this to anybody coming in town driving through town are that live in town. The owner is the one who makes the food and you can tell he takes great pride in his food and his restaurant you can find me on yelp for other reviews on other restaurants are use the name Jenna when I order. The food here is SO good, probably due in no small part to the fact that it’s made from scratch by an experienced chef. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from start to finish: friendly and attentive service, delicious food, and sparkling clean atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
