Being able to customize your own plates every trip is the best. The staff are super friendly and if I have any questions, they are more than happy to answer them. “A little disappointed with my dining experience tonight. But I think with a little more coaching and attention to detail, it would have been great. I sat myself in the bar area and waited for my waitress. She came over and I ordered a scotch and soda with lime. It came back a scotch and 7 :( I didn’t complain because who wants to waste good booze. I just let it slide. I ordered the feast for 1. After about 10 minutes the bartender came to ask if I’d like another drink, which I appreciated. About 15 minutes later my food came. The pulled pork was moist, tender and delicious, the beans were warm and flavorful, the cole slaw was cool and crisp, the chicken was great as well..... the ribs..... although they had good flavor they were tough, chewy, rubbery, and I literally had to cut them away from the bone with a knife. Not a good thing when it comes to BBQ. I had finished my meal and the bartender finished her conversation with her friend and brought me my check. I let her know I wasn’t completely satisfied with my food and she offered to discount it. I just said, it’s alright. I’ll give this place another chance in the future, but I hope things will be better upon my return visit. Keep trying Famous Dave’s!!!”

“I come here a lot to eat and never have had an issue. The staff here are very respectful and polite. I enjoy coming here and keep coming back, for not only the staff, but also for the amazing food! I've tried well over half the items on the menu and of course I do have my favorites, almost everything I've had so far has been good to great. There was one item I didn't like but it looks like it may have been removed from the menu. But overall, great place to have some delicious food, great atmosphere, nice staff, and altogether just an enjoyable experience.”

“The Location in Cedar Falls, Iowa has some of the greatest Customer Service in the World. I'm going to create a Nonprofit Organization through their location one day and call it Wendy's W.I.N. (Women In Need) Program to assist 9 Low Income Single Mothers A Month with hot meals but they will only be allowed to participate once every 3 months and hopefully this will inspire them to get back on their feet quickly. A Friend of mine inspired me to come up with this idea and I've met many women who go through tough times as a Single Mother.”

“I really like Papa Murphys and their service was fast. Great pizza. One issue tonight. Ordered a pizza and tried to use a coupon that came out of a booklet they mailed me. It had an online code and they wouldn't accept it saying it was online only. I thought the code was on the coupon so if I chose to order online I could. Got home and looked at the coupon book and some said in store only. I'd suggest printing online only on the coupon to avoid confusion if you won't accept it in store. Same booklet had the same coupon I could have used in store only. Why make it confusing for your customers if you're offering the coupon in the same booklet. Didn't make much sense.”
