    I love Chick-fil-A! The people are so friendly, it's always clean, and the food is so good! The kids love the play place too!

    Have to say... This was the oddest Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had... Aluminum Coke bottles as flower vases. Classical music playing, and a painting class that I had to walk through to use the restroom. You might have thought Chick-fil-A was just a fast food joint with above par chicken sandwiches... Well they're also a great place to learn to paint apparently... Albeit a bit strange - the food was good - and service was excellent.

    Not only good food, not the experience was enhanced by a gentleman that greeted us at the door and gave us a mint after we were done with out meal. Staff over all made us feel well served. The building was clean and no disappointments with the meal. 5 stars.

    It's always a great experience at the Waterloo Chick-Fil-A. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. And, very rarely at a restaurant do I ever say that the booth is too large. Plenty of room on both sides of the booth makes it a lot easier getting in and out!
