Galleria De Paco

Galleria De Paco is simply an exquisite dining experience. The paintings are beautifully done, and the food is just as delicious as Michelin Star restaurants that I’ve been to in California. My server made me feel special and treated me very well. If you are passing through Waterloo, Iowa, you simply must dine here.

This is one of the most beautiful families I have ever met in my life. Paco and his Dad were so nice to us and so professional. Food was amazing and so were the martinis. Every time I go to this place they all make me feel so special. I love love love it and can’t wait to come back again.

Four course dinner for $30. More expensive than we usually pay, but food was delicious and the experience was worth every penny. Highly recommend the lobster/salmon ravioli. So good. So was the creme brulee for dessert. You are not rushed, service and pace of course presentation was exceptional! And the owner is a hoot. So funny outgoing and friendly. Highly recommend...especially for special occasions

Definitely the classiest restaurant I've ever been to. Few and far between around here. All of the food was delicious. The mural through the building was very cool as well

What an awesome experience. The spray paint ceiling is astounding when you look at the scale. The host, the artist's father, is passionate and very warm hearted. We felt like royalty. We purchased the 4 course meal, and upgraded to the beef medallions and the flaming chocolate dessert. The starters had outstanding flavor. We we're stuffed by the end. Check out the art in the bathroom hallway, and the articles on the wall. Also, you can get a pic from the stairs which is memorable. Great experience and like the supper clubs from the past. The waiting staff was spectacular, formal yet friendly. This is a must visit for Waterloo! The food is not "foodie" and hip, but rather classical and charming the way a nice meal should be.
