    Food was great! Service...egh, we forgot a phone at booth and figured it was gone! Nope next waitress knew nothing about the phone but when we returned it was there! Thank you IHOP!

    Waitress "Sincere" was amazing.
    Great service. We eat out a lot
    and are senior citizens. I can say she was the best server we have ever had.
    Good was good. The service made the experience even better

    Kids eat free on Mondays! We love this pancake house! We always save the receipt for the survey, and free pancakes! Makes for an inexpensive meal anytime! Good value and great taste!

    Large meals. Friendly staff. Reasonably fast. Order correct. Like most fast food not always hot. Not always freshly made. Prices seem overpriced for fast food. Shakes: limited flavors with no strawberry which is pretty basic.

    Very clean IHOP. Not busy at all around 6 am.So, if you like some quiet time and enjoy good breakfast than you would want to go to this IHOP location (Waterloo, IA). The server lady was very sweet and accommodating. I wouldn't mind going back and have some breakfast here and have some quiet time or quality time with a friend or two.
