    I was very disturbed to notice you guys don't wear gloves when preparing the food . You have no idea what's under the employees nails. Gloves should always be used But If that's the way it is I just will never eat at papa johns anymore. But the young lady was very nice and polite I had no choice but to tip her. My kids loves it but I'll pass.

    For taste I'd give 5 stars, quality, 4 stars, but when I add in accuracy, I can't go higher than 3.
    Once again, our order was wrong. What makes it worse is that when they correct a mistake, it takes at least 30 minutes to fix.
    They messed up on one pizza, they brought a new one.. an HOUR later! If we wait for the new one, the rest of the food gets cold. If we don't, someone's going hungry and watching eveeyoee else eat. It ruins the meal. A meal I've just paid good money for!
    It's beyond disappointing, it's very aggravating.
