The management has gotten better over the years though early on in my patronage there was a rather unpleasant manager who made life hard enough on the employees that the employees became unpleasant this lasted well over a year. That has been remedied in the last 6 months or so I still can only give it 4 stars. The food quality is as good as one would expect from such a food place. Everything is kept sanitary and hygienic. I would not give the food 5 stars on its own accord but I wouldn't give it only three stars either.
