Kindest, most helpful staff. Great food. Fun pictures on the walls. Arcade games.
Beware. They do not tell you they charge you for using plastic instead of cash. $2.84 on my bill for credit card usage. Did not give me itemized bill. Just gave me credit card receipt. Found this charge after telling them I wanted itemized bill. Rudy's should post notice of this charge in establishment or tell customer when receiving credit card for payment.
It was a bad experience took a hour and 10 minutes to get served.got offeted one drink and had to wait half hour to get another.When finally got food my hamburger was raw and couldnt get waitress attention tell others that was with me were done eating so didnt want to wait for another. Pulled pork sandwhich was dry and not eatableloaded hashbrowns were terrinle. They did take my hamburger and pulled pork off the bill so that was nice of them.
Food was good and so was the service excited to see what's on the menu once they are fully up and running.
