    Driving around Southern Iowa looking at Fall foliage and found this gem. Great hostess, food and pie! Hot beef was delicious. Homemade apple and peach/raspberry pie a la mode. Yum. We will be back!

    Felt like eating at Aunt Sue's house. Food was amazing and the folks were friendly. Just passing through and it made this Illinois farm girl feel like I never left home. It's a must-stop if you're in the area!

    Wonderful hometown restaurant! Excellent food and service. We went three times during our short stay in the area and look forward to returning. Home cooking at its best!

    If you like home cooking, this is your place. You may be searching for a night out or a nice lunch with a group of friends, this is your place. They have a really good Friday fish fry with cod. It comes with a complete salad bar. They even construct their own home made fabulous tenderloin. Check them out!

    First time going to Woodburn Cafe today and it was great.
    Had biscuits & gravy...really
    tasty! Good ol' home cooking. Will be returning for sure.
