    Great tasting food, extremely friendly staff. If you in the area, you must stop in for a great tasting burger! Prices are very reasonable for what you get, won't be disappointed.

    I always stop at Franny's when I am passing through Edgewood, IA. Friendly people and they make a great burger or sandwich.
