Firehouse Subs

Was very fast and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly .I would recomend this place to anyone.

Came in tonight with my family and they had forgotten my mushrooms on my sandwich. I let the lady know and she apologized and asked me if I wanted her to remake it, I said no it’s okay I was too hungry to wait for another. Few minutes later Sadie came up and refunded me my money, I told her no I was okay it was not a big deal and she said to take the refund since it was a mess up and apologized again. Now that is great customer service!!! We love firehouse and come all the way from Waukee just to eat here! Very happy with tonight’s visit. Thank you guys!

They were very pleasant, and accomadating. I was able to have my sub in a bowl since I can't have bread. I was informed they can turn any sub into a salad.

Amazing! I'm a first time customer and I can tell you, I will never look at subway the same way again, now that I have found firehouse subs!!

Amazing customer service, really nice employees (at least at the one I went to). The subs are huge, juicy and fresh sliced right their. Also, first sub I had to eat with a fork and knife.

Cool thing is, their a nonprofit organization. All proceeds go to the first responders! They buy their pickles in huge tubes and when empty, they put them out for you to buy and that money goes to the first responders as well. My sister has three of them!
