No social distancing or mask wearing - that being said the waitress was extremely attentive.

We stopped here for lunch today and all of us enjoyed the food. I ordered the Knock-U-Out Chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries (see picture). It was spicy, yet flavorful - not just burn and nicely paired with toasted jalapeno cheddar bread. The sweet potato fries were also good - crispy outside, yet moist and delicious inside. I would definitely stop here again and would highly recommend the Knock-U-Out Chicken sandwich.

They add an SVC charge onto your bill, which if you are using a card, which most do, you have to pay. The server told me they would wipe it off if I paid cash, which no one carries these days. And they made us use plastic utensils which is the reason this rating isn't higher. I understand having to cut costs, but at the expense of taking the chance of cheap plastic breaking off in your food or mouth isn't worth it.
