    My original review was very negative because they messed up my order and I didn't realize it until I got home (20 minute drive each way). However, upon returning and asking for a refund instead of making my correct order, they were really nice about it and refunded me without hesitation. Great customer service here. I'll be back again in the future because of this.

    I love Taco Bell, but probably won't be back to the Waukee location soon. The employees at the window weren't wearing gloves.

    5 stars to David. This man deserves a raise!!!!! I can’t even explain it, but he managed to make my two minute encounter with him one of the best I’ve ever had. His speediness, attention to detail (even in the specific changes of my order), his friendliness, and pure genuine enthusiasm and kindness were incredible. He seriously made my week!
