    Yummy, fresh, big oeices of CHICKEN, good place to eat, staff made sure they made me fresh chicken even though they had ony 2 of 3 peices of meat, extra white breast peice, that id have paid to cover the difference of white meat and dark...my favorite place to get a good, tasty quick, consistent on the go meal...instead of a greasy, dried up burger thats cooked who knows when, KFC has my business anytime I come to Burlington, Ottumwa, iowa..thanks for great, clean safe chicken food place!!! Please never change

    Food good. Employees gave good service. Tables not cleaned. Food on floor

    I was with a client of mine and he was having trouble with his card . It was declined twice, so helped him call the card. While trying the manager gave him his food. Made him smile. He thanked and so did I. She was a extremely nice manager. Thank you for making his day
