    Taco House is a great lakes treasure. Unlike most mexican food restaurants, the food is high quality but the atmosphere is so relaxed. It is a must whenever we are at the lake!

    I like the prices, and I like the food even more! I’m told it’s an Okoboji tradition that one MUST eat here at least once on a trip to the lakes. I don’t disagree. Worth the wait for some pretty good tacos.

    Soft shell beef tacos are delicious and the price is great! Also taking covid serious for both employees and customers. A+

    This restaurant has been a favorite of my family for many years. The dining room is not fancy, you order up the window and take a number but I love the food. I recommend the soft shell tacos and the nachos with beef. there will probably be a line but it's worth the wait.
