    Wow. Exceptional food. Very fresh. What a hidden gem.

    The owner was telling me that he's from Austin TX and saw a need for this food up north. He bought an old FedEx truck, stripped the paint and refurbished the inside with a kitchen to open this food truck.

    He worked in construction most of his life; what a waste of talent! I'm glad he's doing this now!!! We had fresh sweet corn, stuffed avocado, the brisket (OUT OF THIS WORLD!), grilled cheese, and tacos. The whole team (3 people) that worked there are insanely talented and incredibly underrated. Again: hidden gem.
